Beauty Seoul No.1 K Beauty Shop is owned by Mitch & Mags Enterprise LimitedNew Zealand company based in Auckland. Our founders have fallen in love with Korean skincare range and want to share this wonderful experience by providing a wide range of best, effective and affordable Korean beauty and skin care throughout New Zealand.
We partnered with credible Manufacturers and suppliers in South Korea and is confident that our products are 100% Authentic. We aim to deliver the best quality beauty and cosmetic items, always on the lookout for new products and weekly expands our collection. It’s also part of our goal to make Asian beauty products more accessible here in New Zealand. All of our collections are stored in our warehouse located in Auckland, New Zealand and we aim to ship all orders on daily basis.
We currently sell products from leading Korean brands; Etude House, Innisfree, Laneige, TonyMoly, Skinfood, Mizon, Its Skin, Cosrx, Peripera, AprilSkin, Sulwhasoo, The History of Whoo, Bbia, Missha, Aritaum and more.

Privacy Policy

Please be informed that when you make any purchase from our online store, we will ask you for your personal information such as your name, address and email address. This is solely for the purpose of buying and selling process.

Any marketing, special discount events or discount coupons will only be sent to your emails with your permission.

Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored in Shopify’s data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment


If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Payment

We accept:

  • Credit card payments (MasterCard, and VISA) via our secure payment gateway
  • Laybuy
  • Bank Deposit (please write invoice number as a reference)

All personal info, address, email, credit card and banking details MUST be filled out correctly to ensure we can send your purchase appropriately.

Shipping and Postage

Orders are delivered by NZ Post and require a signature upon delivery so they can be tracked. Please let us know via email if you want to add any delivery instruction.

Shipping cost will vary from $5.50 to $10 within New Zealand.

We dispatch all orders on daily basis. Delivery will be within 2-4 business days from the day you receive a fulfillment email. This does not include public holidays or weekends. We only deliver to residential or business address for security reasons.

Free Shipping

Beauty Seoul offers free shipping on any purchase of $50 or more throughout New Zealand. 

We also offer FREE shipping to Australia for any purchase of $200 or more.

Pick up In-store: 

We allow pickups. Please contact us or book an appointment online. See the "Visit Us"  section on our website and complete the form. 

Exchanges & Return Policy

Our aim is to provide you with exceptional customer service and enjoyable shopping experience and will always ensure that your items are of best standards and are packed carefully. 

We guarantee a refund with no questions asked if you are not satisfied with the item(s) prior to them being used or opened. Item(s) should be in its original packaging and should be able to provide us with the proof of purchase. Please note that 7day notification is required and item(s) must be returned to us within 15days. Once the refund policy has been met, we will refund the full product price (excluding the shipping cost) using the original payment method. 

We regret to inform you that we will not be able to offer a refund once the product has been opened or used. If you noticed any defect upon opening the product, please notify us immediately. Items must be returned to us within 15days. Any returned items that we receive beyond the 15days period will no longer be accepted and will be sent back to you. 

If you wish to return the product In-store. Please bring the item(s) within the 15day period. Please ensure to bring the proof of purchase and if you paid using your debit/credit card please bring the same card with you. Once the return policy has been met, we will offer an exchange or refund straight away.
